  • 1 jaune d’\u0153uf<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 pinc\u00e9e de gros sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 20 cl d’huile<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1\/2 Cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d’encre de seiche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Ustensiles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 1 Mortier<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 Pilon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 Fouet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Peler et d\u00e9germer les gousses d’ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Mettre dans le mortier avec un pinc\u00e9e de gros sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ecraser l’ail en pur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ajouter le jaune d’\u0153uf, m\u00e9langer, poivrer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Verser quelques gouttes d’huile en fouettant pour faire prendre le m\u00e9lange<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Verser progressivement le reste d’huile sans cesser de fouetter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ajouter l’encre de seiche pour obtenir le noir d\u00e9sir\u00e9 et bien m\u00e9langer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
