poissons, les remuer pour qu&rsquo;ils commencent \u00e0 se d\u00e9composer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail, remuer quelques minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9glacer avec le pastis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les autres l\u00e9gumes, les tomates, le bouquet, le paprika et le safran remuer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrir d&rsquo;eau froide et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baisser le feu et laisser mijoter 1 heure en remuant de temps en temps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enlever le bouquet garni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passer au mixeur plongeur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passer au moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes grille fine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La soupe se r\u00e9chauffe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir bien chaud avec les croutons tartin\u00e9s de rouille et
