  • Abricots d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sucre en poudre 80 % du poids des abricots<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Ustensiles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Bassine \u00e0 confiture ou marmite<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ecumoire<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mixeur plongeur<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Entonnoir<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Louche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • La veille, couper les abricots en petits morceaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Verser les abricots dans la marmite et recouvrir du sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Laisser mariner toute une nuit, remuer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Porter le m\u00e9langer \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enlever la mousse qui se forme sur le dessus au d\u00e9but<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Laisser \u00e9paissir<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Mettre quelques coups de plongeur<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Faire le test de l’assiette<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Mettre en pot<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Laisser refroidir<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Couvrir et \u00e9tiqueter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
