Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 750 g de cerises noires ou autres fruits \u00e0 noyau par exemple des mirabelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 80 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 5 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 200 g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 100 g de farine tamis\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 33 cl de lait<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 sachet sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Ustensiles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 1 plat \u00e0 gratin en porcelaine ou pyrex<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 d\u00e9noyauteur<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 casserole<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 saladier ou cul de poule<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 fouet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Beurrer le plat avec 20 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Rincer les fruits, les \u00e9ponger, les d\u00e9noyauter et les ranger au fur et \u00e0 mesure au fond du plat<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Faire fondre 40 g de beurre dans une casserole<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Allumer le four thermostat 200\u00b0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Battre les \u0153ufs en omelette, ajouter le sel et le sucre en fouettant<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Verser ensuite la farine en pluie petit \u00e0 petit en continuant de fouetter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ajouter le beurre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement refroidi et le lait<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Verser la p\u00e2te sur les fruits dans le plat<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Eparpiller le beurre restant en petits morceaux (facultatif)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enfourner pour 45 mn<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Surveiller la cuisson, si le dessus bruni trop vite mettre une feuille de papier aluminium<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Soupoudrez de sucre vanill\u00e9 \u00e0 la sortie du four (facultatif)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Servir ti\u00e8de ou froid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
