  • Restes de b\u0153uf cuit du pot au feu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Restes de bouillon de pot au feu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 Oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 Gousse d’ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pomme de terre pour pur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lait<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Huile d’olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Poivre du moulin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Beurre pour le plat<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Salade verte comme accompagnement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Faitout<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Marmite ou cocotte minute<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Casserole<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Plat \u00e0 gratin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Effilocher les restes de b\u0153uf et m\u00e9langer les diff\u00e9rentes viandes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Emincer l’oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Presser la gousse d’ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Faire revenir dans un faitout l’oignon et l’ail, laisser compoter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ajouter la viande et faire revenir<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Recouvrir \u00e0 hauteur du bouillon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Saler et poivrer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Laisser cuire doucement pour que la viande absorbe le bouillon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Pendant ce temps, faire une pur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • La quantit\u00e9 des pommes de terre doit permettre de couvrir la viande avec une belle couche dans le plat \u00e0 gratin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Faire cuire les pommes de terre \u00e9pluch\u00e9es dans l’eau ou \u00e0 la cocotte minute<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Les \u00e9craser dans une casserole, puis ajouter le beurre petit \u00e0 petit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Mettre la casserole sur le feu et ajouter au fur et \u00e0 mesure le lait ti\u00e8de<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Saler et poivrer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • S\u00e9cher un peu la pur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Quand la viande a absorb\u00e9e le bouillon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Beurrer le plat \u00e0 gratin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Etaler la viande dans le plat<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Recouvrir la viande en \u00e9talant la pur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Parsemer de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et de noisettes de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Laisser gratiner 30 mn<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Servir avec une salade verte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
