oeufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 gousses de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ustensiles :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Saladier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moule \u00e0 brioche en Pyrex surtout <strong>pas<\/strong> anti adh\u00e9sif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Casserole<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocotte-minute<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Battre les \u0153ufs dans un saladier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre dans une casserole le lait, le sucre et les gousses fendues \u00e0 bouillir avec deux pinc\u00e9es de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer le caramel dans le moule, obtenir un caramel pas trop fonc\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quand le caramel est pr\u00eat, chemiser le moule avec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire refroidir le moule pour figer le caramel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser le lait dans les \u0153ufs sans cesser de battre pour ne pas cuire les \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirer les gousses de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre le panier dans la cocotte, puis 2 cm d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poser le moule dans le panier, puis le remplir de la pr\u00e9paration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire 15 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sortir le panier, laisser refroidir et mettre au frigo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color
