  • Des Groseilles<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Ustensiles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Marmite ou bassine \u00e0 confiture<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Entonnoir<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Louche<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Pots \u00e0 confiture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • A l’aide d’une fourchette, d\u00e9grapper les groseilles<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Dans une marmite les faire \u00e9clater<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Les passer au moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes pour obtenir le jus<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Peser le jus obtenu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ajouter 80% du poids du jus en sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • M\u00e9langer et faire cuire environ 1\/4 heure<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Faire le test de l’assiette<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Mettre en pot<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Laisser refroidir<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Couvrir et \u00e9tiqueter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
