Epinard <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de chair \u00e0 saucisse ou veau hach\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tranches de pain de mie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 cl de Lait<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cube bouillon de volaille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Echalote<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 g de beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20cl vin blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poivre du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p lait<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire le riz et l&rsquo;\u00e9goutter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diluer le cube de bouillon de volaille dans 15 cl d&rsquo;eau dans une casserole<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacher l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et les gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire d\u00e9congeler ou cuire les \u00e9pinards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les hacher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale, faire revenir l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote, l&rsquo;ail et les \u00e9pinards avec 1\/3 du beurre environ 5 mn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans le saladier, mettre les viandes, les \u00e9pinards, le riz, le pain de mie essor\u00e9 et les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer avec les mains<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saler et poivrer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farcir la poche de veau et la fermer \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;aiguille et de ficelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire chauffer le reste de beurre dans la marmite er faire dorer la poitrine sur ses deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couper la tomate \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9e en petits cubes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enlever le beurre fondu de la marmite, ajouter le bouillon, la tomate et le vin blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saler et poivrer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire 1 h 30 mn \u00e0 feu moyen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une salade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se r\u00e9chauffe tr\u00e8s bien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center
